ORD GOD THE HOLY GHOST, The Holy Spirit, is one of the most misunderstood and unknown 3rd Person of the Holy Godhead Trinity of the Christendom and in the Holy Scriptures, the Bible. The Bible even says, that, everything written in the Bible is fully inspired by the Holy Ghost, 2 Peter 1:20-21.
I like the way scripture says it; "...But holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." In other words, what apostle Peter wanted us to understand is that everything we teach and preach must first come from God the Holy Ghost through men who are holy, meaning that they are in a good condition or a good vessels to be used by God the Holy Spirit Himself.
Some might be surprised when I say that the Holy Ghost is "God", not a "god" or a demigod: because in their minds they acknowledge Jehovah or Yahweh, the Most High God of the whole universe; and the Lord Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the anointed One. But, when it comes to the Holy Ghost they think of Him as some kind of a force that the Holy Father, Yahweh, is using to do His bidding.
They are many misconceptions, lies and false doctrines out there about the Spirit of the Living God. Some have went to the extremes of saying that: the Holy Ghost is the brother of Jesus; that He is the wife of God , or, the second Son of God; some even claimed that He is only just a force just like gravity; and more heresies that they conceive with their evil and corrupted minds.
You will find that some of the well-known scholars and doctors of philosophy and theology; who have high degrees such as PhD's and Masters, but do not know the Third Person of the Holy Trinity, the Holy Ghost! When it comes to the subject of the fruits of the Spirit and the gifts that He gives willingly according to His own will, that is were things start to get out of control and false doctrines begin to be established. And their lack of knowledge begins to show up its true colors....
One thing is clear in all of this is that people do not know who or what is the Holy Ghost!
Many people think of the Holy Spirit as a thing just like an object, while others think it is an angel, force, or whatever the false prophets claim that He is. When it comes to the multitudes of false doctrines out there about the Holy Ghost you would be mind blown: to discover also that libraries, book store and shelves are crowded and full of false books of who or what they say He is.
And the worst part is that they are destroying and bringing curses to countless lives that have bought, read and believed this lies of Satan.
13.   For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14.   And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15.   It is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
2 Corinthians 11:13-15
For example, consider the story, here in Africa, of a false prophet who fed his church congregants snakes, grass and other unimaginable things claiming that it was the power of God and was instructed by the Holy Spirit.
In this case, according to him, he believed the Holy Ghost was the one doing this demonic miracles, thus, healed them. As long as the people were healed through those evil, demonic and cult methods they believed it was the power of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ.
But I am sorry to tell you this, all that was happening in that church was the devil, Satan, having a field day and deceiving those innocent people who were desperate for healing and miracles - IT WAS NOT AND NEVER WILL BE THE HOLY GHOST THAT MAKES ANYONE TO EAT SNAKE OR GRASS OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER FOR HEAL OR DELIVERANCE, THIS IS THE WORK OF THE DEVIL AND HIS DEMONS; TO KILL, STEAL AND DESTROY! John 10:10.
The poor prophet should have taken heed to what the Holy Spirit said through the mouth of Apostle John, in 1 John 4:1, when He said, "Test the spirit whether it is me, the Holy ghost or whether it is the devil [this verse is paraphrased]!"
1.   Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2.   Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3.   And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
1 John 4:1-3
God knows that the devil will claim and mislead many to hell by saying, acting, and doing signs and miracles to fool many. The bible even made it clear that the devil will imitate the Holy Ghost and the angel of God. And it is our responsibility to make sure that we are not deceived: whether by men, Matthew 24:4; by angels or demons, Galatians 1:8.
4.   And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5.   For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Matthew 24:4-5
8.   But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
9.   As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
10.   For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
11.   But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12.   For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Galatians 1:8-12
6.   Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
7.   Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
Ephesians 5:6-7
(Matthew 24:4-5, Galatians 1:8-12 & Ephesians 5:6-7)
You will find at the root of all false prophets teachings and doctrine that they make heresies because of not knowing who is the Holy Ghost and what is His work, and not knowing the scriptures. They think that the Holy Spirit, angels and demons are one and the same, or, that maybe they are equal. They all look and treat them the same, but it is not so.
They are all spirit but they are different: the Holy Ghost is God Almighty and equal with only the Heavenly Father and the Lord Jesus, and He is the creator of all things including angels and Satan himself. While on the other hand, both angels and demons are the creation of God.
But the different between angels and demons is that angels are holy and pure; while demons at first were once pure angels but due to their rebellion against their Creator they lost their glory and turned into demons; they were now fallen angels because God threw them out along with Satan who was called Lucifer, the angel of light, out of Heaven to the Earth. In other words, demons are bad and evil angels who were once good and pure when God created them along with the devil himself, Lucifer.
So now they do not work for God but for Satan, who is their king and master - they are the bad guys! As for the pure angels they all work for the Heavenly Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost - they are the good guys!
You might ask yourself, "Why would the devil wants to imitate the Holy Ghost?" It is simply that, even from the day Satan, who was called Lucifer at first, rebelled against God Almighty, he only wanted to be like God. So God is the role model or you might say Lucifer wished to be exactly like God. But unfortunately, God does not share his glory with anyone, Isaiah 42:9. So now he is doing all can with his power to send the beloved people, whom Christ God's only begatton Son died for on the cross of Calvary, to go to hellfire with him at the Day of Judgment. That is how he is paying his revenge by making God pay for all that he has lost and brought upon himself, because of pride and greed!
10.   The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
John 10:10
This is the most important question that every believer in Christ should be asking himself, of whether, "Am I baptized with Holy Ghost or not?" And, "How do I know for sure that I am baptized or have the Spirit of the Living God?
Instead of people wasting their time saying who is more powerful than who; running after cursed products that lead them to hell speedily; or, who is holy and who is not? We waste our time with things that land us in the place we do not want to go, not even a tour that goes there, which is hell!
Having the Spirit of God is the difference of whether your are dead or alive in the spirit, that is, you are a dead or living Christian. Whether you believe it or not does not change the truth of God not even a little bit! THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT, WHICH ARE NOT BAPTISED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT ARE NOT REAL CHRISTIAN: JESUS CHRIST DOES NOT KNOW THEM, AND (I am sorry to say this, but) THEY ARE DEFINATELY GOING TO HELL!
11.   I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
12.   Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
Matthew 3:11-12
16.   John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
17.   Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.
Luke 3:16-17
37.   Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
38.   Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39.   For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
Acts 2:37-39
1.   And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,
2.  He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost..
3.   And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.
4.   Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
5.   When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
6.   And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
7.   And all the men were about twelve.
Acts 19:1-7
9.   But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
Romans 8:9
(Matthew 3:11-12, Luke 3:16-17, Acts 2:37-39, Acts 19:1-7 & Romans 8:9)
The subject of Christianity about the Person, the Holy Ghost, is complex, misunderstood, and often dangerous and destructive!
What do we mean complex, dangerous and destructive? Well...many people think they will enter Heaven without the baptism of the Holy Ghost or being anointed with the Holy Ghost (take note, being baptized or anointed with the Holy Spirit is the same thing, the is no difference at all!). And by their assumptions they think they are safe as long as they only believe in Christ Jesus just as the scripture says:
16.   For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16
Well that is true! But, I repeat again "but", because God said those words knowing very well that it will be possible or would be as a result of all of them believing and receiving His Spirit as a confirmation that they really are his saints; or, that when they really believe in Him, He seals them with His Spirit showing that they are His by marking them with His Spirit. The Holy Ghost is the one that makes that verse to become a reality the same way God said in John 3:16. But once you neglect, minus or remove the Holy Spirit out, that verse is useless, that is, becomes of non-effect.
How would you know that you have everlasting life without the Spirit of Everlasting, the same God who breathed life into the body of Adam in the book of Genesis? As long as God did not breath His Spirit into Him, the body of Adam would be useless and still dead, and would never have had life to become a living soul as scripture declares, let alone living an everlasting life. The Holy Ghost is the Everlasting life not your believe or your faith: your faith makes you or gives you "access" (that is, the power, authority or the legal right) this Everlasting Life that God promised us, BUT IT IS ONLY THROUGH HIS SPIRIT AND BY HIS SPIRIT, BECOMING ONE WITH YOUR SPIRIT, RESULTING IN THE SCRIPTURE OF JOHN 3:16 COMING TO PASS, AMEN!
Furthermore, do you remember what you read in Acts 19:1-7 (above, in the previous scripture references)? You read that they were believers who were baptized by Prophet John the Baptist, the same man who baptized the Lord Jesus.
So, why did Apostle Paul waste his time to baptize them the second time (yep! it was the second around) in Jesus Name, and get his hands dirty by laying them on the 12 disciples just for them to receive the Holy Ghost? The answer is pretty simple; the first baptism is now void (no longer important or is not sufficient) since Christ has resurrected from the dead; and that, Apostle Paul KNEW VERY THAT IF THEY WERE NOT YET BAPTIZED WITH THE HOLY GHOST THEY WILL NEVER BE THE TRUE DESCIPLES OF CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH.
I am talking about facts here, not assumptions, and it is very dangerous to base your understanding of the bible on one or very few scriptures - you need a broad understanding before you make claims or conclusions.
That was not the only case we read about, read also the following once to rap up my point:
14.   Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:
15.   Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
16.   (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
17.   Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
18.   And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,
Acts 8:14-18
Here we go again! The Apostles heard that they received the gospel and they came running, but for what exactly!? Simply for the new converts to Christianity to be baptized with the Holy Spirit! Why you say? because verse 16 answers your question; "For as yet He was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized [with only water not the Holy Ghost] in the name of the Lord Jesus." There you have it, clear and straight to the point!
Now, concerning Romans 8:9", it contains a very important statement that makes the ignorant men to pay attention to this matter and give it special attention:
9.   But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
Romans 8:9
The words that we have to take a close look on are these words, "Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His." In other words it means, "If you are not joined to the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of the Anointed One, Christ Jesus, you are not of him!"
And the words, "you are not of him", mean that you have not yet fulfilled (not yet there) John 3:16": in other words, you have not yet truly and sincerely believed in Jesus Christ, that is why you are not baptized in the first place!
How do we know that? The holy scriptures say that the person who has not yet received the Holy Spirit is because God sees in his/her heart that that person has not believed or is not sincere - THE PROBLEM IS THE HEART, NOT THAT GOD WANTS TO PUNISH OR DOES NOT WANT TO BAPTIZE. The One who baptizes is the Lord Jesus Christ himself, and anyone can be baptized anywhere and at anytime, as long as the individual believes with all his/her heart. Please, stop thinking you need the preacher or pastor to receive the Holy Ghost, God wants you to repent and ONLY YOUR HEART, THAT'S IT, YOU SHALL RECIEVE THE HOLY GHOST AND POWER ONCE HE COMES UPON YOU, AMEN!
Acts 8:14-17
Acts 19:1-7
(Acts 2:37-39, Acts 8:14-17 & Acts 19:1-7)
From the above scriptures, you might have realized that all the followers or believers that came into contact with the apostles were made sure that they were baptized not only in water but in the Holy Ghost; making them disciples of Christ Jesus. Some would receive the baptism in the Holy Ghost through hearing of faith, Galatians 3:2 and Acts 10:44-46; or, through the laying of the apostles hands upon the recipients and praying, Acts 8:14-19 and Acts 19:1-7; 0r, by repenting and asking God to fill you with His Spirit, Luke 11:13.
2.   This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Galatians 3:2
44.   While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
45.   And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.
46.   For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,
Acts 10:44-46
13.   If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Luke 11:13
18.   And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,
19.   Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.
Acts 8:14-19
6.   When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
6.   And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
7.   And all the men were about twelve.
Acts 19:1-7
(Galatians 3:2, Acts 10:44-46, Luke 11:13, Acts 8:14-19 & Acts 19:1-7)
These are the known (three) ways that the Holy Bible has revealed unto us; whereby men can receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of the Living God. And the only one who has the power to baptize with the Holy Ghost is ONLY Jesus Christ!
Many people think that the Holy Ghost is given to only the "men of God" or His servants but it is not so! Hear what the scriptures has to say about the free gift of God.
16.   But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
17.   And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
18.   And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
Acts 2:16-18
28.   And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29.   And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
Joel 2:28-29
(Acts 2:16-18 & Joel 2:28-29)
The story about the Lord Jesus and the ruler of the well-known Synagogue (that is, "Congregation", some kind of old church gathering of the Jewish people) is very interesting. We hear that he privately came to the Messiah (that is, Christ) Jesus to talk to Him. But, what is even more amazing is that, immediately when the Lord sees Nicodemus he talks to him directly, and straight to the point, about the baptism of the Holy Spirit saying plainly that, "Verily verily...except a man be born of water [water baptism] and of the Spirit [baptism of the Holy Spirit], he cannot enter into heaven [he will enter into hell]." And when Nicodemus heard that he was puzzled!
1.   There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2.   The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3.   Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4.   Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5.   Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6.   That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7.   Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8.   The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
9.   Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10.   Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
11.   Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12.   If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13.   And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
John 3:1-13
What the Lord was trying to say to the Jewish ruler, was that, "You need to be baptized in my Spirit, the Holy Spirit. And that is what you should aiming to receive from now on...as I am your Lord I see that you lack my Spirit, and I am ready and willing to fill you! But if you reject my Spirit I will not welcome you in Heaven and you cannot go in because I am the door of Heaven that leads to my Father."
That was too much for Nicodemus to chew on; to him it seemed impossible but not a knew doctrine, because God told them about pouring of His Spirit in many different, old testament, scriptures and books (or scrolls in those days). The problem with the Pharisees and the Rabbis at that time was that they were only interested in things that would generate money and wealth, cult and religious ceremonies, and their traditions and customs than the Word of God. It might have sounded as if it was something new, but is was not! And now the Lord was there to make the Word of God a reality by fulfilling scriptures, of the Old Covenant or Old Testament (since they was not yet the New Covenant or New Testament; "New" Covenant meaning it was introduced after, for to renew the old covenant).
Whether Nicodemus believed him or not, it was clear that they had to now come out of the shadow of the Law into the light of Grace. Behold, in front of Nicodemus was, the Grace in its full measure!
So, beloved, do not be like the Children of Israel who hardened their necks and denied the Spirit of the Lord, because if you be like them I am afraid you will not enter into heaven.
51.   Ye stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.
52.   Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:
53.   Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.
54.   When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
55.   But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
56.   And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
57.   Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,
58.   And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.
59.   And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
60.   And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
Acts 7:51-60
5.   Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2 Timothy 3:5
7.   Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
8.   Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
9.   When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
10.   Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
11.   So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
12.   Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
13.   But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
Hebrews 3:7-13
1.   Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
2.   And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
3.   And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
4.   And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
5.   But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
6.   Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
7.   Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
8.  Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
9.   Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.
10.   Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
11.   Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
12.   Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
1 Corinthians 10:1-12
(Acts 7:51-60, 2 Timothy 3:5, Hebrews 3:7-13 & 1 Corinthians 10:1-12)
The Lord was not playing head games with Nicodemus, but he was perfecting him to be accepted in Heaven when he sleeps (or dies). Like as I said before, this is a free gift of God but people do not want it, but want the things of the world, and to continue with their evil deeds.
16.   For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16
8.   For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the free gift of God.
Ephesians 2:8
(John 3:16 & Ephesians 2:8)
I love what God said through the mouth of His servant Apostle Paul when he says, "...And that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God".
[Prayer: Thank you heavenly Father for giving us your gift, The Holy Ghost, and anointing us with your power to overcome Satan. Father, I pray that let them all receive this FREE GIFT; for them to be born again, as you have spoken to Nicodemus. We thank you for pouring your Spirit, keep pouring, O' Lord our Saviour, WE NEED YOUR SPIRIT! In Jesus Christ Mighty Name, Amen!]
Indeed it is a free gift of God: YOU CAN ONLY RECEIVE BY FAITH THROUGH GRACE!
11.   For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12.   Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13.   Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
14.   Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
15.   These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
Titus 2:11-15
...It is really that simple! I like the way Apostle Peter concludes it in the following scriptures; to all those who want this FREE GIFT that costed our Lord his precious Life, Amen:
14.   And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15.   I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16.   So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Revelation 3:14-16
In other words, what God was trying to say was that, "Look you church of the Laodiceans, it was better if you were cold, then would I have commanded and corrected you to be warm; or, it was better if you were hot, would I commanded you to be cold. But now that your are hot and cold at the same time, you are living a double and I cannot command or correct you - you are in a situation that is incurable. The only thing that I will do is to get rid of you because you are useless to me. I wish you were either cold or hot by choice one option, so right now repent to be useful to me ,and choice one life and let go of your double life before it is too late!"
Therefore, it is almost impossible to correct a believer who is fully convinced with the wrong information, corrupted ,and false doctrines; and living a double life. God says it more plainly than I possibly could the following scriptures:
4.   For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5.   And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6.   If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
Hebrews 6:4-6
...That is really the reality and truth of the whole matter; and whether people believe it or not, it does not make the truth of God a lie and neither does ignorance solve any problem.
Remember, Heaven and Earth will pass away, but His word will remain forever! So, for those who have not yet been born again or have not received the Spirit of God, do yourself a favor and seek the Holy Spirit of God the Father (Matthew 6:33), the Most High God of the whole Universe!
So then, who or what is the Holy Ghost? It does not matter whether you call Him: The Spirit of Jehovah or Christ; the Spirit of Grace, Truth, Might or Counsel, and etc. All you need to know is that He is the Third Person of the Holy Godhead Trinity, 100% God and equal with the Most High God Yahweh.
6.   And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne, and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
Revelation 5:6
9.   But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
Romans 8:9
(Revelation 5:6 & Romans 8:9)
He is definitely equal with God the Father and the Son, Christ Jesus. The Father, Son and the Holy Spirit are "One" and "Equal". You may even say that it is "One" full God manifested three times; or One God who appears in three forms, but keep in mind that He is not dividing Himself into three times or parts, no! This is complex to understand because, how can one thing be in three part without first being divided into those three parts? Puzzling isn't it!? It is more difficult to explain the Godhead Trinity, because all of our man-made examples pale in explaining what really is the Holy Godhead Trinity.
I have heard some say that it can be compared to a chicken eye: saying that the outer shell of an egg represent the Father God; the egg white would represent one of the other two left Persons of the Trinity and so on....
Whether that is true or not, as we all know that it is only just an example, it is hard to say because they way the Bible reveals the Godhead Trinity is different from that.
Wherefore, if the outer shell is the Father, then the Son and the Holy Spirit would still be the egg outer shell, not the egg white or the yellow yolk of the egg according to the way scriptures would explains it. That is why I say the Holy Trinity is a spiritual matter, especially if you do not believe in the spirit world or that spirit exists:
11.   Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12.   If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
John 3:11-12
...Now, lets hear what scripture has to say about the Holy Ghost:
2.   And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
3.   And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
Revelation 4:2-3
5.   For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
6.   But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
7.   Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled.
1 Corinthians 8:5-7
4.   There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5.   One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6.   One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Ephesians 4:4-6
18.   And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19.   Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20.   Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Matthew 28:18-20
(Revelation 4:2-3, 1 Corinthians 8:5-7, Ephesians 4:4-6 & Matthew 28:18-20)
Amen, indeed! Glory be to God, halelua
So now it is clear there is only One Living God, not many but only one. Not even the even the so called gods are gods: only the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit is the One true God.
5.   For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
6.   But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
1 Corinthians 8:5-6
4.   There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5.   One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6.   One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Ephesians 4:4-6
(1 Corinthians 8:5-6 & Ephesians 4:4-6)
Lord God the Holy Ghost is 100% God and the same Yahweh that we know from the old testament or covenant, and the same Lord Jesus that walked on the planet earth in the new testament. That is exactly why the Bible calls Him also the Spirit of Christ Jesus. Whether in the New or Old Testament one thing is clear, "THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD WHO MANIFEST THEY WAY HE WANTS, time does not limit Him at all and neither will anything hinder Him!"
19.   And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, is?
Acts 17:19
19.   Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20.   For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21.   Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Romans 1:19-21
8.   Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9.   For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10.   And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
Colossians 2:8-10
7.   For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
1 John 5:7
(Acts 17:19, Romans 1:19-21, Colossians 2:8-10 & 1 John 5:7)
"Behold, He is outside of time and all the limitation of the natural and the spiritual!" Whether you know Him as the Father or the Son or the Holy Spirit just only believe in him and have faith in His Son, because He is the someone today, tomorrow and forever, Amen!
8.   Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
Hebrews 13:8
6.   For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Malachi 3:6
6.   For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6
(Hebrews 13:8, Malachi 3:6 & Isaiah 9:6)
There are many misconceptions in the Church today about the Holy Spirit; concerning who He is and what He does.
This post has not even explained what is His work and more about Him. By now you know the truth that the Holy Ghost is not a thing or object that you can use or handle with your own hands, because He is Spirit. We have also heard about the dangers due to not knowing and the lack of knowledge that has destroyed peoples' lives ,and has lead many people to the depths hell!
We have also discovered some of the common reasons of ignorance and excuses made up to cover their lies: people making up all types of excuses why they have not yet been baptized in the Holy Spirit; and being not anointed for the service of God, especially the pastors.
Many are like Nicodemus in the Church today, not knowing that they really need the Holy Spirit to enter heaven; and if they do not repent they will end up in hell. This post has been hard, cruel and tough to many in other to fully understand. And more time needed for to studied it more thoroughly and patiently, and repeatedly when possible! I cannot stress enough of how important it is for anyone to be born again, and how much great revelation has been revealed and invested in this post alone.
Whether people like it or not, or whether they are bored by how long this post was does not matter: what matters is for people to receive the deep full revelation of all the things that the Holy Spirit reveals to be written for them hear or read. This website is not controlled by men, money, denomination, the fear of men...but by only the Spirit of God, 2 Peter 2:20-21.
Also, reading the truth and not applying (action) or doing the word will not profit or benefit you with anything: knowing that you need the Holy Spirit and you decide to not seek for Him is a complete waste of time and resources! So it is very vital that every wake up call, correction or whatever prompts you to change or to repent you do so right now while you are still alive; because the next hour or tomorrow is not promised to anyone, make up your mind right now to throw away the lies, demonic doctrines and false beliefs that have kept you captive for a very long time once and for all - REPENT NOW!
The Holy Spirit is God, the Anointing ,and Power that is above all power known in the whole universe!
The reason why the Lord is "Christ" or "Messiah", that is, the "Anointed One", is all because of the Holy Ghost. He anointed Him Lord Jesus: not to mention the fact that He is also the One that made it possible for the Lord Jesus to be "in the flesh": a human being, by making Marry to be pregnant with the child Jesus. Now it is clear that, indeed He truly is God, and without Him there would be no Lord Jesus birth, no miracles, signs and wonders.
...What about the story of Genesis when God said, "let there be light"? There would be no light at all without Him, it would continue to be peach black, forever!
Once you exclude or minus the Holy Spirit from the Godhead Trinity the result would be "zero" (it would not be two left as you might have assumed when you do your maths properly). When you remove One you remove the rest! How come...? Because, like I said before, there is no three gods but One and only God, you cannot separate them - THEY ARE INSEPERABLE AND IMPOSSIBLE. They are ONE FULL GOD AND ONE GODHEAD, Amen!
Hear what the concluding scriptures to say about Lord God The Holy Ghost:
23.   Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
24.   Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
1 John 2:23-24
7.   For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
1 John 5:7
30.   I and my Father are one.
John 10:30
(1 John 2:23-24, 1 John 5:7 & John 10:30)
...Indeed these Three are One Almighty God! Glory, Honour and power unto Him now and forever, in Jesus Christ Mighty Name, Amen and Amen!
